- Financial & management information & internal budget control;
- Be responsible for tax, audit, & compliance with PRC & HK standards;
- HK & PRC accounting, taxation and custom practice.

- CPA with university degree in Accounting/Finance;
- Min 5 years experience, including supervising & preparing group accounts consolidation, financial and management reports;
- Practical experience, including supervising & preparing group accounts consolidation, financial and management reports;
- Practical experience and in depth knowledge of finance & Disclaimer requirements in China;
- Strong knowledge of investment return, business proposal analysis and post project implementation evaluation;
- Ability to set up and review budgeting, cash flow forecasting & internal control;
- Internal audit experience and knowledge of company secretarial are preferred;
- Excellent command of written & spoken English & Chinese(Mandarin);
- Frequent travel between Hong Kong & China;
